Personalized books

Every personalized book is a custom product, generated specifically from the details, photo, and choices you provide. Because each book is made to order and cannot be resold, completed personalized books are non-refundable.

To keep this fair, you stay in control before anything is finalized:

• You review and can edit every page of the story text before illustration.
• Before payment, see their character, cover and first five text pages for free.
• You can try a different story or cover before ordering; each generation uses one of your available attempts.

If something goes wrong on our side — for example the book fails to generate, or the final book clearly does not match what you approved — email us and we will regenerate it or refund you in full.
