Keepsake books

Every keepsake book is a custom product, generated specifically from the details, photo, and choices you provide. Because each book is made to order and cannot be resold, completed keepsake books are non-refundable.

To keep this fair, you stay in control before anything is finalized:

• You review and can edit every page of the story text before illustration.
• You approve the character artwork before the full book is illustrated.
• If the character art doesn't look right, you can regenerate it before approving.

If something goes wrong on our side — for example the book fails to generate, or the final book clearly does not match what you approved — email us and we will regenerate it or refund you in full.

Bedtime Club subscription

• Cancel any time from the billing portal linked in every story email.
• Cancelling during the free trial stops stories immediately and you are never charged.
• Cancelling during a paid period stops renewal; stories continue until the end of the period you already paid for.
